10K for $10K Run Sept 11th

The 10K for $10K Run presented by Family Outdoor Dream Productions will take place on Saturday, September 11, 2010, starting and finishing in downtown London, Kentucky. The run will begin at 8:00 AM at the Kroger Parking Lot on North Main Street.

There will be two classifications for participants in the race, “prize eligible” (PE) and “non-prize eligible” (NPE). This will allow non-competitive runners to participate at a discounted rate. Sport Packs and Water Bottles will not be supplied to NPE runners and they will forfeit their opportunity to win all cash prizes. NPE runners will still be able to compete for age-group/division prizes, which are non-cash.

Race weekend opens with the Meet & Greet Reception and Packet Pickup on Friday, September 10th at the London Community Center from 12:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Post-Race on Saturday, September 11, invite your family to celebrate your finish at the Taste of London Chilli Cookoff – Bluegrass Music Concert sponsored by London Downtown in the Farmer’s Market next to the London Community Center. Post-Race on Sunday, September 12, all runner’s and their families are invited to a huge Tailgate Party at Hawk Creek Baptist Church from 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM at the London Community Center.
