Jim Carroll has experience as a manager and trainer with Fortune 500 companies, and recently sold a small business he founded and ran as its CEO for 12 years.

Todd Fisher has over 30 years of experience in engineering, product development and commercialization and has led technology based businesses for a Fortune 50 company as well as small start-ups.

Five sessions over a five month timeframe
Breakfast Sessions – 8:30 A.M. – 10:30 A.M. , breakfast provided
NEW! After-hour Sessions – 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. for the February and March classes. If demand is high, we’ll continue to offer this time for the remainder of the courses.
Third Thursday of each month starting February 18th, 2010
Location 362 Old Whitley Rd, London, KY (south of Hwy 192)
Limited to 1-2 people per company – Session limit of (20-25) attendees
No Charge for attendance, but registration is required.

entrepreneur.
March 18, 2010 – Where Did All the Customers Go? How you identify your ideal customer, how many are
there, and where do you find them.
April 15, 2010 – Why Do I Need a Business Plan? Why you need a Business Plan and a Business Model, and
how you will use them to improve your chance for success.
May 20, 2010 – Why Do I Need a Financial Plan? How you create the financial statements that become
your roadmap to success.
June 17, 2010 – Where Can I Find Money? Where you can get the money necessary to fund your business
until it is self sustaining.
